Below the hotel, facing the sea, Il Pontile, Casadelmar's Mediterranean table, is as relaxed as it is chic. Its flavourful and colourful cuisine, presents a palette of summer and indulgent flavours for dining or having a drink at any hour.

Fabio Bragagnolo - two Michelin stars since 2015 - and
Claudio Pezzetti, pastry chef - awarded the Passion Dessert title from the Michelin Guide in 2025 - form a talented
and complicit duo who have forged the culinary identity of the house
year after year.
The Casadelmar brunch remains an unmissable and convivial meeting point. Refined and relaxed, served on Sundays in the restaurant dining room open to the gulf, it is a gastronomic journey rich in discoveries. Homemade breads and pastries, charcuterie, local specialities, marinated fish, seasonal fruits and sweet creations allow exploration of the richness of the island's produce, sourced from short supply chains and crafted with sensitivity and precision.

Each morning, breakfast is served on the terrace or in the restaurant dining room with panoramic view. A sumptuous, simple and refined moment faithful to the Casadelmar spirit, it is composed of fresh products, homemade breads and pastries, Corsican specialities, seasonal fruits and freshly pressed juices.
